【人物简介】

 何炜,第四军医大学药学系化学教研室主任、副教授、硕士生导师,陕西省化学会会员。1990.09-1994.07获学士学位,1996.09-1999.07获硕士学位,2003.09-2006.06第获博士学位。2004.06-2004.12赴澳大利亚悉尼大学学习交流。2007.02-2008.10赴香港大学化学系杨丹教授课题组从事博士后研究工作。担任Green Chemistry、Tetrahedron letters等国际SCI期刊审稿人。

【研究方向】

获化学会优秀科技论文一等奖、二等奖各1次; 2004年、2010年被评为学校教学先进个人,2005年获学校“学术新人”基金奖励,2007年获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖,2009年获得学校精英人才“青年英才支持计划(第一层次)”研究基金资助,2010年获“药学精品年会”优秀论文金奖,同年获第四军医大学“精品教员”称号。

【研究成果】

创制” 科技重大专项课题2项和军队十一五攻关课题1项。以主要完成人参与完成国家自然科学基金项目5项、省科技攻关项目2项、院士创业工程基金1项。申请发明专利5项 。

【科研项目】

目前作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金课题2项、陕西省自然科学基金1项,分题负责国家“重大新药研究方向和主要工作包括以下几个方面: (1)手性催化剂、不对称催化反应方法学的研究:设计并合成各种新型骨架的手性配体及手性催化剂,并将这些手性配体用于不对称催化反应,在不对称催化氢化反应、烯丙基烷基化反应、氢转移反应、双羟基化反应、氢硅烷化反应,环氧化反应、烷基化反应和不对称Michacel、Henry、Mannich、MBH等反应中均取得优良的催化活性和对映选择性。所设计合成的可回收及重复使用的手性催化剂已成功用于合成抗癌药物紫杉醇和多烯紫杉醇,该研究成果获省科技进步一等奖1项并申报中国发明专利2项。 (2)新药设计合成、工艺及药品质量分析研究:在研究手性催化方法学的基础上,完成了畅销平喘药物左旋沙丁胺醇、心血管一线药物美托洛尔、普萘洛尔的手性合成,完成了系列天然、非天然烷基氨基酸的实验室小试、完成了D、L-苯丙氨酸的不对称催化合成并实现了工业化生产。另外,完成了催眠药物褪黑激素的实验室小试及放大试验,大大缩短了生产流程,并将生产成本降低50%,具有广阔的应用前景和适用价值。另外,建立了相关药物的质量标准,并用于相应药物的质量分析中。目前正在进行新型抗肿瘤药物及提高军事作业能力军队特需药物研究。 (3)功能有机分子的合成及性能研究:以价廉易得的原料出发合成了新型光致变色材料阳离子型的螺吲哚啉苯丙吡喃、螺吲哚啉苯丙吡喃聚合物以及螺吲哚啉苯丙恶唑,考察了这些化合物的光致变色特性,并将螺吲哚啉苯丙恶唑应用于防伪标识的设计和制作,实现了成果转化。 (4)钯催化的新反应研究:建立了用于钯催化的氧化氨化反应的新催化体系,并提出适合该反应的机理及合理的过渡态的解释。目前的研究主要集中在二价钯催化的高对映选择性氧化新反应方面,并尝试将方法学的研究结果用于生物活性分子的合成中。
