【人物简介】

 1988年于西北大学获理论物理博士学位，曾获澳大利亚Queen Elizabeth II Fellowship、德国洪堡基金、京都大学基金会、日本振兴基金会特别研究员、意大利国际理论物理中心（ICTP）协联成员,南朝鲜亚太理论物理中心 Fellow，霍英东青年教师奖(1989), 中国青年科技奖(1988). 2005晋升为澳大利亚昆士兰大学数学系Reader (准教授）. 2009年被西北大学聘请为客座教授。

【研究成果】

主要从事经典和量子规范场论、低维凝聚态物理理论、可积模型及相关对称代数和无穷维李（超）代数表示论等方向的理论研究和教学工作。在其研究领域完成系列具有国际影响的研究成果，受到国际同行的高度重视：是强关联电子系统中著名“U-模型”的发现者之一，有关超对称t-J模型关联函数的工作被国际权威称为是近年来该领域的主要理论突破和重要发现，他的许多论文已成为相关领域研究的经典参考文献。先后主持过多项澳大利亚国家自然科学基金（“Discovery Projects”, “Large Grants”）、澳中、澳日国际交流基金等重大科研项目。发表学术专著一本、学术论文133篇。
