【人物简介】
穆学文，1979年1月出生，副教授。山西大学计算数学专业本科毕业，西安电子科技大学硕士和博士毕业，主要从事优化问题的神经网络算法研究工作。
【研究方向】
锥规划的一阶快速算法。
