【人物简介】

　　郑瑾，女，1973年6月出生，医学博士， 副研究员，硕士研究生导师。 就职于西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院肾移植科，主要从事器官移植免疫耐受机制的研究及组织器官缺血再灌注损伤及保护机制的研究。2003年获西安交通大学病理学博士学位，论文获得2005年度陕西省优秀博士学位论文。2006年获西安交通大学"十五"科技先进工作者。2012年获西安交通大学第一附属医院青年科技先进工作者。 　　 　　2005年至2008年应赴美国威斯康辛医学院血液肿瘤研究室做博士后工作，以肿瘤免疫为研究方向，集中于利用SEREX技术筛选神经母细胞瘤肿瘤相关抗原。发现小鼠神经母细胞瘤模型中，原癌基因蛋白DEK和YB-1蛋白高表达，并且可以在体外激活模型小鼠的CD8+ T 细胞。 　　 　　2009-2011年赴新加坡国立大学药理学系做博士后期间，从事钠钾ATP酶DR区特异性抗体在器官缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用研究工作。发现了钠钾ATP酶DR区特异性抗体r-DRSAb通过活化钠钾ATP酶在诱导心肌细胞收缩增强同时还具有保护作用，研究内容发表在国际知名杂志Cardiovasc Res上。

【研究方向】

主要从事器官移植免疫耐受机制的研究及组织器官缺血再灌注损伤及保护机制的研究。

【研究成果】

　　目前主持国家自然科学基金，教育部留学回国人员基金，陕西省科技攻关项目，及西安交通大学国际合作项目各一项。曾经参与国家863项目一项，国家自然科学基金项目7项， 均已顺利结题。在国内外系列学术刊物以第一作者发表论文14篇，其中SCI收录论文12篇，累计影响因子近30分。
