【人物简介】

  马飞,1979年10月生,西安交通大学材料科学与工程专业博士,副教授。2007年3月至2008年2月在香港城市大学材料与物理系进行为期一年的合作交流,目前主要从事低维材料的微结构与力学性能变异行为研究。在Applied Physics Letters,Nanotechnology,Journal of Physical Chemistry C,Journal of Materials Research,Scripta Materialia等国际知名期刊发表研究论文30余篇,荣获陕西省科学技术二等奖1项,陕西高等学校科学技术一等奖1项。

【研究方向】

(1) 硅基应变材料的应变表征; (2) 纳米结构的MBE制备及STM表征; (3) 低维体系形变/相变的分子动力学模拟; (4) 低维体系电子学和热学特性的第一原理计算。

【研究成果】

  主持国家自然科学青年基金1项,国家重大安全基础研究专项课题1项,西安-应用材料创新基金1项。参与国家重点基础研究发展计划973子课题2项,国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,教育部光电技术与智能控制重点实验室开放课题1项。 1) 应变硅/硅锗微细特征单元结构失稳及应变弛豫研究,国家自然科学基金委青年基金,2010年1月~2012年12月,负责人。 2) 应变材料表征方法,国家安全重大基础研究项目专题,2009年1月~2013年12月,负责人。 3) 石墨烯热/电传输特性的应变效应及奇异形变/相变行为,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2011年1~2013年12月,负责人。 4) 金属诱导多晶硅微结构及热/动力学特征研究,西安-应用材料创新基金,2009年5月~2011年5月,负责人。 5) 介观异质单元的应力/应变调控效应及界面特性表征,国家重点基础研究计划973项目,2010年1月~2014年12月,骨干成员。 6) 材料介观性能基本参量的实验表征,国家重点基础研究计划973项目,2004年9月~2009年8月,骨干成员。 7)石墨烯原子级“连续界面”的热/电传输特性研究,西安交通大学前沿新兴、学科综合交叉类科研项目,2010年10月~2012年9月,负责人。
