【人物简介】

　　杨益新，男，汉族，博士学位。1975年4月出生，西北工业大学教授、博士生导师。1993年7月至2002年6月在西北工业大学先后获得工学学士、硕士、博士学位，2002年6月赴新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究，2004年6月进入西北工业大学航海学院任教，2010年5月任航海学院院长助理。现任西北工业大学教务处副处长，兼任西北工业大学青年教职工工作委员会副主任、青年科协副主席。

【研究成果】

　　1、“水声阵列的稳健波束形成与波束域高分辨方位估计”，获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖 　　2、“XX阵研究”，获国防科学技术奖三等奖 　　3、“XX宽带恒定束宽波束形成研究”，获国防科学技术奖三等奖 　　4、发表论文80余篇；申报、授权专利15项。
