【人物简介】

　　陈光德，1957年5月出生，山东阳谷任，中共党员，西安交通大学城市学院院长兼党委书记。1982年在复旦大学物理二系核物理专业获理学学士学位，1989年在西安交通大学物理系光学专业获理学硕士学位。1987年开始在西安通大学物理系任教，1997年为西安交通大学，教授、博导。2004年开始在西安交通大学城市学院副院长兼党委书记至今。 　　主要从事物理教学和III族氮化物半导体、纳米微粒的物理性能以及制备方法研究。承担国家级科研与教改项目7项;作为第一获奖人，2004年获省科学技术二等奖一项、获陕西省教学成果一等奖一项;2005年获国家教学成果二等奖一项。

【研究方向】

(1) 宽禁带半导体及其纳米结构。 (2) 激光与非线性光学。
