【人物简介】

单文华，教育部长江学者讲座教授；西安交通大学学术委员会副主任、“腾飞计划”特聘教授、法学院院长、博士生导师；牛津布鲁克斯大学国际法教授；英国剑桥大学圣三一学院法学博士；厦门大学法学博士；兼任海牙国际比较法科学院（IACL, The Hague）成员、英国经济与社会研究基金委员会（ESRC）项目评审专家、牛津哈特出版社“中国与国际经济法系列专著”和北京大学出版社《海外法学学子文库》主编、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、中国欧洲学会欧洲法研究会副会长、陕西省特聘专家、上海昊理文律师事务所高级顾问（中国执业律师）。曾任全英中国法学会（UKCLA）首任理事长和剑桥大学劳特派特国际法中心客座研究员。

【研究方向】

国际法（国际投资法与仲裁、国际贸易法/WTO法、国际法与国际经济法结构性问题）; 比较法（比较外资外贸法、欧盟对外关系法）； 中国法（涉外民商经济法）
