【人物简介】
罗晓星, 第四军医大学药学系副主任,药理学教研室教授,博士研究生导师。 1989年和1993年分别获第四军医大学药理学专业硕士学位和博士学位。先后任第四军医大学药理学教研室助教、讲师、副教授、教授。 先后在新西兰奥塔古大学药学院、日本大阪大学医学院、美国耶鲁大学医学院留学深造。目前担任中国药理学会理事,陕西省药理学会副理事长,陕西省生理学会常务理事,中国药学会军事药学专业委员会委员。

主要从事药理学、临床药理学教学和研究。

申报发明专利9项,授权2项。先后承担国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项课题1项,“863”重大专项分题1项,国家自然科学基金8项,军队医学科研课题3项,省市级课题3项。
【科研项目】
主要从事分子药理学研究,目前开展以下三个方向的研究: 1. 耐药致病细菌治疗新策略与新药物的研究: 我们采用反义策略,从阻断细菌耐药基因和致病相关基因的表达入手,研制全新的具有准确靶向、高效转运、特异阻断耐药靶基因的反义抗菌剂,旨在为新型抗耐药药物的研制提供新思路和新策略,同时也为为耐药细菌感染治疗探索新途径。 2. 交感性组胺在心血管系统的生物学效应的研究:交感神经系统内多种递质的共存和突触前受体调控神经传递,构成了复杂的交感神经传递和调控体系。我们发现组胺是一种交感神经共存递质,并发现交感神经存在组胺能调控系统。然而对于交感组胺能系统如何调控心血管系统的功能仍有许多未解之谜。目前我们正在对交感组胺能系统参与调控交感神经可塑性的规律、分子机制,及其调控心血管系统功能进行深入研究,旨在揭示交感神经组胺能系统的调控心血管功能的生理和病理生理学意义。 3.新型抗糖尿病药物的研究:我们实验室与美国加州大学科学家合作,采用独创性的前体药物设计新思路,应用基因工程方法,已创制出了一种新型抗糖尿病药物,前期研究结果显示出良好的降血糖效果,并已证明其具备长效降血糖,促进胰岛增殖、促进胰岛素释放,提高糖耐受性等功效,且不降低正常血糖; 同时可以明显减少动物摄食,减轻体重。目前正在对其制剂工艺、安全性和药代动力学进行研究。
