主要从事II-VI族碲化物半导体晶体生长、性能表征及器件制备研究

主持科研项目10 余项，其中国家自然科学基金2项，国家重点研发计划“政府间国际科技创新合作”重点专项1 项，同时作为研究骨干参加国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项、科技部“973”课题以及国家自然科学基金重点项目等20 余项。
