王永宏,男,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师。 1、工作经历(Employments) 2012.1-至今:西北农林科技大学植保学院农药学系,研究员。 2004.1-2011.12:西北农林科技大学植保学院农药学系,副教授。 1998.1-2003.13:西北农林科技大学林学院,助理研究员。 1992.7-1997.12:西北农业大学秦巴研究中心,研究实习员。 2、教育经历(Educations) 2000.9-2004.7:西北农林科技大学植保学院,博士(农药学)。 1996.9-1999.7:西北农业大学植物保护系,硕士(农业昆虫与害虫防治)。 1988.9-1992.7:西北农业大学植物保护系,学士(植物保护)。
【研究方向】
研究方向和领域(Research area):微生物次生代谢产物的农药活性及代谢调控。 研究兴趣(Research interests):从微生物中寻找新型具生物活性的次生代谢产物;基于系统生物学方法(基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学及代谢组学等) 挖掘微生物隐藏的次生代谢产物。 目前开展的研究工作(Research work):昆虫病原线虫共生菌次生代谢产物及其生物活性与生理生态功能;外源信号、外源信号的转导及其对共生菌次生代谢产物产生的调控; 转录调节子(CpxR、OmpR)遗传操作提高共生菌抗菌活性的机理。
