【人物简介】

任雪艳,女,1978年出生,陕西西安人,2012年浙江大学获博士学位,副教授,硕士生导师 学术兼职情况:中国食品营养学会会员,《中国兽医科学》杂志审稿人,国家自然科学基金评审人 学术专长与研究方向: 主要从事食品微生物,微生物分子生物学,功能基因资源的研究与评价等方面的教学与研究工作。 招生方向:食品科学,食品化学,食品生物技术,微生物及果蔬储藏与保鲜 基本情况简介: 1、1998年- 2002年,石河子大学生命科学学院 生物学专业 理学学士; 2002年-2005年,石河子大学生命科学学院 生物化学与分子生物学专业硕士,理学硕士; 2008年-2012年,浙江大学生物系统科学与食品科学学院 食品科学专业,工学博士。 2、2014年获得硕士导师招生资格。

【研究方向】

研究方向一:特色微生物的资源开发与分子生物学研究。 针对特色极端环境下,多样化及丰富的微生物资源,开展有益微生物资源的挖掘, 例如特有果蔬表面、土壤及特殊生境下果蔬病害防治相关拮抗微生物的开发;发掘微生物抗逆相关功能基因,通过功能研究,揭示微生物与宿主、生物与环境互作的分子机制,探讨微生物抗逆性的生理学调控机理,从个体、组织、细胞和分子水平上解析生物响应特殊环境或病害发生的适应机制; 研究方向二:抗逆基因资源的研究与评价、果实抗性诱导机制 利用基因克隆和转移技术,结合生物信息学分析对现有生物进行定向遗传改造,以保护和促进遗传多样性,开展功能性新基因资源的挖掘、新的基因表达调控机制及抗病基因信号转导研究,开展果蔬采后致病菌的研究、抗病基因功能验证和应用方面的研究,利用病原菌与物种的相互作用和植物自身的抗病机制减轻果蔬采后病害的危害,达到减少经济损失提高果蔬采后品质的目的。 利用基因组学、蛋白质组学及代谢组学等技术,结合生物信息学分析对果实采后抗性诱导机制进行系统深入研究。 研究方向三:果蔬采后真菌性病害的发病机制研究 病原菌主要致病因子研究,利用基因芯片、差减杂交技术与生物信息学相结合的手段,筛选与果蔬采后真菌性致病菌密切相关,致病性强的基因(家族),通过过表达或RNA干扰基因技术来研究基因功能,观察改造后菌株表型并对其进行致病力测定,明确相关基因在病菌致病过程中的作用。
