【人物简介】

　　主要从事无机材料合成化学、新型功能材料、电子功能材料及新型器件开发等方面的研究工作，尤其在压铁电和介电功能材料的制备、应用和开发方面取得了较为丰富的研究成果。

【研究成果】

　　近年来，发表学术论文60多篇，其中SCI源期刊收录50余篇，EI收录30余篇。获得省级科学技术奖3项，获得国家发明专利4项，申报专利2项。

【科研项目】

　　从1996年以后作为主要参加者完成了国防科技预研基金“铌锌酸铅基陶瓷的制备及电致伸缩性能的研究”、航空基金项目“铌锌酸铅基陶瓷电致应变温度稳定性的研究”等项目 ，2002年和2008年分别作为主要参加者承担并完成了国家高技术研究发展计划(“863”计划)项目。作为项目负责人，2008年和2010年分别完成了陕西省自然科学基金项目“BNT基织构陶瓷材料的制备及固相反应的研究”(编号2005B16)和国家自然科学基金项目(K, Na)NbO3基无铅压电材料的模板织构合成和反应机理研究”(编号20771070)以及教育部博士点基金项目“Sr2NaNb5O15基无铅织构陶瓷材料的制备及反应机理研究”(编号20070718004)。目前，主持着国家自然科学基金项目“类钙钛矿ACu3Ti4O12材料A位离子的选择与其巨介电性能关联性研究”(编号51172136)和陕西省自然科学基金重点项目“低温烧结制备KNLNT基无铅压电材料及其电性能调控研究”(编号2009JZ003)以及陕西省重点实验室开放基金“光电功能材料联合研究与开发”(编号2010SYS-07)，还与高新技术企业合作，主持了两项横向课题“PZT基陶瓷材料的研究及器件开发”和“高性能ITO薄膜的制备及其在铁电材料电极的应用研究”。
